Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

Corn on the cob, shucked, silks removed

Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a low boil and add the corn.

Simmer for 4 minutes.

Remove, pat dry and brush with oil or butter. Place on an oiled grill (or indoor grill pan) heated to medium heat.

Cook, turning occasionally until soft when poked with a fork and charred in spots, about 15-20 minutes.
